Odessa walked further down the beach away from the rest and sat on a fallen tree in the sand.
"You've done such wrongs... Odessa." She jumped up at the voice. A hooded figure appeared once more in front of her.
"Archian... What are you doing here?"
Without warning he backhanded Odessa across the face so hard it would probably bruise later. Turning back slowly, growling, Odessa punched Archian in the face and he staggered backwards. They glared at eachother for a moment until he spoke.
"You sent Cthulhu back to the underworld?!? Are you crazy?" His eyes wide with surprise.
"I did nothing. They sent him away. Now, leave me." At Odessa's words Archian walked up and grabbed her by her upper arm and pulled his hood off pointing at his forehead.
She gasped. "You've been marked."
"You're goddamn play toy passed this on!"
Odessa wreched her arm away and smacked him in the face. "You better damn well leave while you still have both your feet Archian. I will send you to your grave." Archian backed away at the fire in her eyes.
"Alright, Oddi." Laughing he bowed, disappearing into thin air. Odessa exhaled angrily and marched back to Derak's boat, frustrated.

Orca looked up to the ship and rubbed his eyes. "Oh shit." he sighed. The Navy had arrived. "He followed us... god ... this is going to be soo bad." He got in the boat and waited with Ayna. "Oy Odessa! We have to go now!"

Odessa heard shouting and immediately broke into a sprint, heading straight for Orca and spotting the Navy. "Oh... We don't have your ship anymore, Orca... He has permission to arrest me." Odessa shook her head. "I really don't want to go with him." she said sarcastically.

"Oh shut up. Derak will deal with this surely... or he's already dealing with it. Or... we could just run." Orca suggested rapid fire, he wanted to protect his sister, he didnt want her arrested and convicted to the gallows on her first day back to her body. "Please... we need to go." the boat moved quickly back to their ship and they got on. Orca was physically panicking.

Odessa was somewhat hurt that he had said shutup to her and dropped her eyes down for moment. Getting on the ship, figuring he needed to fix his panicking himself, she dropped down to a cabin and hid in silence for the time being, trying to think things through.

Orca turned to Ayna. "Ayna... please, just once, barracade yourself in the captain's quarters okay? I... I cant loose you today."

Ayna nodded. "Brother... be careful."

"Always am." He kissed her forehead and she scurried off, hiding in the captain's quarters as he turned to the helm and sighed. "They've blocked the wind... we're going to have to fight them..."

Odessa spoke with herself for a moment or two before giving in and going back up on deck to Orca. "Orca, they don't know what you were intending to do on this.. trip of yours. Please. The only reason he has to chase you now is because I'm on your ship. Maybe we could make a deal with him?" Odessa suggested, watching the ship.

"Bullshit! I will never give you up!" Orca barked, wheeling the ship around and pulling out his new gun, holding it ready with a wild look in his eye. "I will not let anyone I love die!"

Odessa's heart skipped a beat at his words and she jumped forward, pushing his gun down slowly. "Orca, please. Make this clean. She is still a young and inexperienced soul. I can fend for myself. He'll leave you alone if I go. I'd find you again. I'd find a way out." she looked at him. "Please."

Orca lowered his gun and whimpered a little as he hugged Odessa softly. "I'm so sorry... this is all my fault..."

Odessa pushed him away angrily. "Nothing is your fault, Orca!" she pounded her fist on her chest once more, "I had her soul! My old captain took her! You did nothing wrong..."

"Oh... shut up." Orca pulled Odessa into a deep kiss and held her there, fire in his eyes as he looked back into hers when they broke apart. "I will find you. I swear it. I'll get a ship and I will find you!"

Odessa bit her lip and stared into his eyes for a moment, without being able to hold back she grabbed him and pulled him back into that deep kiss, not knowing the next time they'd meet again.

Odessa waited a long while before pulling away and sighing. "It will be alright. After all this we can't risk her life again..." she held his hand for a moment, then dropped it, turning to watch the Navy ship.

Jameson walked forward, waving a bit sarcasticly. "Hallo there! It seems you've found yourself a different ship Orca!" he called over. "And you know what I was gonna do when I found little Odessa on a ship other than your own." He smiled broadly and Orca shivered unconsciously. His impulse to shoot the bastard was driving him insane.

"Yes... I believe so. She's... she's all yours Jameson... I have to... to get another ship, mine has been destroyed. If you provide me with enough of a crew to keep these pirates in check... I will return for... for her ... her conviction..." Orca quivered with rage and sadness. He couldnt believe he was saying this.

"Odessa! Get in a boat and row yourself over here, if you should try to escape, we will kill you." Jameson called.

"Odessa... I love you..." Orca said softly as he turned to her. "Be careful..."

"I love you too, Orca." she whispered back and jumped in a boat, being lowered into the water and rowing to sit by Jameson's ship, watching Orca the whole time.

Orca was half compelled to fire the cannons. He didnt want to loose Odessa again so quickly... but... it had to be done, for Ayna. For Ayna's safety this time. That was what they had set out to do wasnt it? Save his sister...

Odessa climbed the netting on Jameson's boat and dropped herself over the railing, "Good evening, Commodore..." she said roughly, laughing.

Odessa smirked. "Do you have one with good company?" she paused. "Or perhaps a bed?" Odessa glanced over her shoulder at Orca on the other ship, saddened by his expression and turned back around.

Orac sighed a bit and turned, he didnt want to have to see Odessa when he couldnt have her with him.

Jameson smirked. "I've got one with a bed, and one with a bloke we caught a few days ago, molesting some young women, I suppose that's the best company you have ever been with."

Odessa laughed and pondered a moment before speaking. "I think I'd rather not have to kill some poor defenseless man. Give me a cell very far away from him."

Jameson nodded and his troops escorted her down to her cell, which was far away from anyone else, pushing her in roughly in and slammed the door. "Enjoy."
